2016 Property Tax Appraisal - O'Connor Associates? Other Firms?

My protest was an easy one this year, as I just purchased my home in Fort Bend in October (moving from Harris). My FBCAD appraisal was nearly 15% higher than the one the bank had contracted in the fall as part of the loan process. I filed my protest online, submitted my explanation and documents, and within a couple of days they had returned a settlement offer of ~2% over my number. Considering market rates in my neighborhood have probably rebounded more than that already, I happily accepted their counter.
