I hope he had a clean pair of underwear on, because that dude is going to the hospital. Look at the white marks on the street to the right to gauge how far that car moved after he disappeared.

Flipping thru I found a great one where one guy (the scammer) jumps out of his car with a bat, so the other guy pulls his sidearm. You don't see the gun at first just the other dude drop his bat and piss his pants, then the guy with his gun drawn cones into frame.
When I was in china they had a saying, 'all the way under', basically if you hit someone, make sure that they go all the way under. That way you are only responsible for funeral costs and not lifetime of reimbursement. Sad really. That is why no one stopped for that little girl hat was run over multiple times.
