This whole campaign is distasteful.. Although he and probably only he, has the right and respect to turn this into another decision saga, I dont think anyone gives a flying ***** but the media... He's forty-phucking -one! He doesn't move the needle anymore.. Every reasonable destination he can go to already has their star so he'll play backseat regardless... Just choose, document this ****, and take in the praise of being Goat #2..
It's only a privilege because he's willing to play for the minimum, and he's going to bring in major bank. Warriors But it looks like the Sixers now because he's looking for the most stacked team that actually wants him. It's sick. There is a difference between chasing and pursuing. The desperate chase. LeBron is willing to take the vet minimum to join a contender. It's pitiful. Especially since he's been doing this since he was 25. This is the respectable move. On the court, it's not the best fit because he can't play small forward anymore; Harden is there; and he'll need to defend on the perimeter. But it's the only city that genuinely loves him.
My son says LeBron will not accept being a 3rd or 4th option, so that rules out the Sixers, T-Wolves and Nuggets and he believes it's between the Heat, Cavs, and Warriors. I definitely rule out the Sixers because there would be too many mouths to feed and JB & LeBron aren't exactly buddies. I still think the Warriors are most likely.
I don't care. I hope he just retires soon. Tired of watching him. Maybe the league will start going back to being manly once he is out of the picture.
Which team gives the weakest b*tch in NBA history the chance at riding on the backs of other people a title? You then have your answer. What an embarrassment.
Sooooo I think… This isn’t Lebrons last season in the NBA. I think he plays with GSW for 2026-2027 (24th season) and 2027-2028 (25th season) and 2028-2029 (26th season) and 2029-2030 (27th season) and 2030-2031 (28th season) and 2031-2032 (29th season). And then for his 30th season (2032-2033)…. He will go back home to Cleveland where it all started for the vet minimum again and retire at the age of 48 after the playoffs are over.
• Sixers (enough ball?) Tyrese Maxey | VJ Edgecombe | Jaylen Brown | LeBron James | Joel Embiid • Wolves LaMelo Ball | Anthony Edwards | Jaden McDaniels | LeBron James | Rudy Gobert • Warriors (might be the most fun?; didn’t say best!) Steph Curry | Jimmy Butler | LeBron James | Draymond Green | Kristaps Porzingis • Knicks (I’m intrigued but I’m also not; Knicks have a good likable thing going; not saying they’re repeating!) Jalen Brunson | Mikal Bridges | OG Anunoby | LeBron James | Karl-Anthony Towns • Cavs (As a final homecoming, I guess? Otherwise, meh. Been there done that. Not interesting.) James Harden | Donovan Mitchell | LeBron James | Evan Mobley | Jarrett Allen • Nuggets Jamal Murray | Christian Braun | LeBron James | Aaron Gordon | Nikola Jokić • Heat (Again, been there done that) Davion Mitchell | Andrew Wiggins | LeBron James | Giannis Antetokounmpo | Bam Adebayo • Celtics Derrick White | Paul George | Jayson Tatum | LeBron James | Neemias Queta • Mavs (lol didn’t even list Flagg; said “oil, golf, Africa” Kyrie Irving | Klay Thompson | Cooper Flagg | LeBron James | Daniel Gafford • Spurs (“Sources told ESPN that the Spurs are not considered a potential team that James will join.”) De'Aaron Fox | Stephon Castle | Devin Vassell | LeBron James | Victor Wembanyama
Would it be better if he was a "man" like Jimmy Butler or Harden or any number of other stars and repeatedly pouted and demanded trades to specific team in the middle of his contracts to chase a ring? The complaining about a player who has never asked for a trade in his 20+ years and simply fulfills his contracts and exercise free agency is ... weird and kind of sad.
He went to those teams knowing there would be roster changes. Cleveland was getting Love for the first pick, he was never going to play with Wiggins, and LA was supposed to get Davis his first season. (Without Davis, the Lakers missed the playoffs, BTW.) These things were known well before he moved there.
I think the Miami is his best option to win and Philly both teams need shooters tho, Clippers might be a dark horse team. The Cavs are weak minded team and it wouldn’t surprise me if they get bounced in the first round this year. GS talk is just fluff. I do think he will sign a one day contract and retire a Cavalier.
