I'm willing to bet all the bananas I have on my counter right now that Sengun will magically turn into Dirk on the offensive end this next season. I say we keep him. Note: I'm fresh out of bananas.
Still no Jaylen? stone is allergic to making things happen these stupid ****ing clowns really think running it back with FVV will answer their prayers
You might as well accept it. They made it loud and clear last year that they thought the season was a success but knew they would fall short because they did not have FVV. Now with FVV back this year they will try to replay this past season and maybe then they will decide if moves need to be made.
Come on now. Despite not landing superstar talent, we haven't drafted a bunch of scrubs either like the Kings. You go talk to Kings fans and try to convince them that this Rockets is heading in the same trajectory. Those guys were in the lottery year after year with nothing to show for it for 20 years. No where near that trajectory although I understand you being upset.
No man, I think you might have missed the message. The second round tonight is gonna save the season. No need for Brown.
Wonder if Cleveland would actually be interested in that. Only one ball to go around for Harden, Mitchell, and Brown.
The Celtics need a center. If they are really intent on getting rid of Brown, we might be in the conversation. They like their centers to be able to shoot 3’s though.
I was able to get a trade done with only Reed, Tari (SnT), Davison (SnT), DFS, Capela, and picks. Leaves you with 7-man rotation with the following players. FVV, Amen, Brown, KD, Bari, Sengun, Adams. Bench scoring still an issue but at least you have a big, flexible, and serious rotation assuming health.
Jaylen Brown seemingly talking about his “favorite season” quote: “The leader behind that was ESPN. ESPN is unethical.. Stephen A Smith is the head and face of that. The organization, the players, they were all in agreeaance. They all knew what I meant by that. Our team, it was basically salary dumped. We lost a lot of players. For us to emerge and still be in the same position…”
Boston continued to discuss Brown trades on Tuesday, two sources familiar with the talks tell Sports Illustrated. Many of the conversations were initiated by rival teams, sources say. Some were brokered by the Celtics. ‘They are hunting a big man,’ says a rival executive. ‘And they are willing to trade [Brown] to get it.’”
