I've listened to several clips from Tom Homan where he said the entire reason for sending ICE to NYC is revenge on Kathy Hochul for signing a very popular bill in NY that prevented local NY law enforcement from participating in ICE immigration civil warant enforcement.

NYC should sue the everliving hell out of ICE for malicious selective enforcement of the law.

If not, when the Democrat comes along and does similar selective revenge enforcement against states for left-wing agenda items, I expect the conaervatives cheering this on to keep their mouth shut when the shoe's on the other foot.
