Great for Durant. Does nothing to help a championship. I feel like he is just a dude collecting a check from the Rockets while he pads his career stats and awards. Dude does not feel like a Rocket.

I doubt that he is even in the private lives of his teammates.....

They are professionals, I know, but if they don't have off court chemistry it is extremely hard to succeed.

    Either way, congrats, Durantula Dickerson.

    Best part of this?

Here's some names you DON'T SEE.

    Stephon "The Lil Biatch" Curray
    Draymond "Donkey Punch" Green
    LeBron "The King Biatch" James

He's still really good. If I knew for a fact that he had 5 more years at this level in him I'd keep building around him but as is the timeline feels so restrictive.

Kevin Durant and Lenard are legends, with all the hate, they are still doing it. Heck they probably
can do it like till lebron age. With all the hate, still great superstar players of this ending generation.

Scoring wise, yes. TO wise, team defense wise, assist wise, rebounding wise, team cohesion/chemistry, not so much.

In this scenario we would be in the WCF's insead of out against the Lakers without Luka in the first round lol If we're gonna go old give me Harden over KD any day. KD couldnt get out of the first round without Harden AND he had Kyire. Otherwise I would rather get rid of all the old guys and rebuild.

He was the second slowest defensive player in the NBA. Your mistaking best player for best shooter.

It's hard to overstate how much LeBron is the exception that proves the rule... the track record for players in their late 30s is not good. Even Dirk, who played until he was 40, promptly fell off a cliff at age 38. Wisdom would be getting off KD's contract right now and getting what you can for him. I lay 50/50 odds he is greatly diminished and/or has a serious injury next season.
