As I'm sure you understand, Byrd wasn't shooting at Babbit but rather at a mob attempting to climb through a broken window into a secure, off-limits area. Babbit just happened to be the first through the window and ignored warnings to turn around - thus she suffered the reasonable consequences. No real attorney would ever make your frankly stupid argument in good faith.

2nd, the ICE agent was barely tapped by the minivan at about half a mile per hour as it was turning around, and he was the one who jumped in the way. Clear cut case of unwarranted shooting. Again, your argument is stupid and in bad faith.

3rd, the evidence has been available via multiple videos online for months - perhaps if you took a break from wacking off to Atlas Shrugged, you would see that it was clearly an unwarranted shooting.
