Have to agree with Duncan - Foster made a questionable call against Sam Merrill on a loose ball foul that ended up being a 4 point play for NYK and both Harden and Allen missed some critical free throws. However, Kenny Atkinson needs to be fired after that debacle. He didn’t ever think about calling a timeout to stop the momentum, never considered going after Brunson on offense who had 5 fouls, never thought about putting in Strus or Wade or anyone to take out Harden and then he is saying things that anyone with a clue knows is laughable.

Cleveland can win this series but not with Kenny Atkinson as their coach.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Harden guarding Brunson down the line.

I think the analogy fits better with Giannis. Trump is a bully. So is Giannis. Harden is more like Biden, too old to last the whole game.

I wouldn't mind seeing Harden get a ring someday, but expecting him to be dependable on offense in the playoffs, or defend on an island outside the post in the playoffs is delusional.

That’s fine…. Guys can be entitled to their opinions. Since you @ me here’s My opinion. Partly Kenny’s fault I can agree with but like I mentioned in another post it’s Harden that always puts these coaches in compromising positions. I’ve talked about in the past that Milk Hair had the balls to actually bench Harden and it paid off. What did that lead to? Him getting fired. Atkinson is a YES MAN. Just listen to his post presser last night… talkin about Harden being one of the best defenders on the team and having great hands. Come on now we all (aside from the hardest nut huggers) know that’s absolute BS. Atkinson doesn’t want to rock the boat and tell it like it is. He knows how sensitive Harden is and how entitled and coddled he is as a “superstar”.

Remember when Ime called out the players after the game 3 collapse? Fans didn’t like it but he spoke no lies. Sure he could have taken accountability for some X and O faults but the young guys absolutely made dumb ass plays and forgot basic fundamentals. It makes a lot of sense why Ime didn’t want to deal with harden coming back.

Harden is a 17 year veteran. He’s seen it all and is supposed to have a high ball IQ. When you are bricking all your shots on offense fine… players have bad shooting days. Turning the ball over 6+ times on top of an atrocious shooting night? That shiits hard to overcome but you want to get absolutely torched on defense as well? Oh hell nooo. Do you really need a coach to pull you out?

Especially a Yes man coach like Atkinson that prob lets you get away with more than most cause he wants to keep you happy…. You should know he’s prob not gonna pull you out unless YOU ask for a breather. Yeah Atkinson had a choice but so did Harden… ask the bigs to switch and go guard the post, ask for help and bring a double, or just sit your ass out your own self (he knows wtf happened when he sat before against the Clippers). Zero self awareness.

The vitriol that Harden cops right now is hilarious, it's like the braindead clowns like @Asian Sensation choose to think he's a 25 year old superstar in his prime.

They critique him like he is, and completely ignore the fact he's a 36 year old who's been in the league for 17 years.

Meanwhile, no other 36 year old is ever held to a standard remotely close to superstar or bust hahahaha. So funny.

I just don't understand how refs sleep at night, knowing they watch replays of games they officiate, see the horrendously embarrassing flops like that one from Brunson right there.

And next game will call the exact same call.

Child please. Quit trying to play the victim card and make people feel sorry for him. I been saying he sucks dick for well over a decade now. It don’t matter if he 36 or when he was 26 he still sucked and choked in his prime. Go back to fake ignoring me before you keep embarrassing yourself.
