We shouldn't. There should be no federal income tax. America went from an agrarian society to a world superpower with tax revenue at <5% of GDP, no federal income tax, no corporate tax. Government outlays were equally small. For over a hundred years, the federal government mostly just stayed out of the way and America prospered.

Pentagon funneling money to don Jr is just too on the nose

Don Jr. will be the Republican name at the top of the ticket in 2028. You can take that to the bank.

And notice I said name on the ticket vs saying he’s the nominee. Big difference there.

The reason is Trump knows he likely won’t be able to get swing state sec of states to put his name on the ballot in Michigan, WI, PA, AZ, and NV.

The Trump name is toxic. He's at historic low approval ratings and groups that voted for him in 2024 have turned on him. Notice now the murmurs of Trump running for a 3rd term have all but disappeared this is because he knows that he would lose in embarrassing fashion

Not only pay them off, but pardon the biggest fraudsters and criminals in his circle. It made me think of this old article. I can't even imagine what that number is up to now, but it's got to be mind-blowing. Imagine just turning a blind eye to American criminals, to search in desperation to round up immigrants, who for the overwhelming majority committed no crimes other than crossing the border.

In total, the DOJ quietly closed more than 23,000 criminal cases in the first six months of President Donald Trump’s administration, abandoning hundreds of investigations into terrorism, white-collar crime, drugs and other offenses as it shifted resources to pursue immigration cases, according to an analysis by ProPublica.

    A minimum wage increase?

I guess you want to pay 30 bucks for a big mac and for all the small businesses to close. Grow up!

I feel like a real idiot when I think of all the money and rewards I've missed out on by not committing crimes on the president's behalf.
