40% is better. You’d be happy? 43%? 45%? I’d prefer to avoid this game. My standard for Sengun is borderline 1st/2nd team All-NBA. The same level he played at all Summer and the first 1/4 of the season.
I feel like it's time to bring in Mike Malone and see if he can use the same coaching he used for Joker to bring the best out of Sengun.
I love all the hate for this man he gives his heart and soul to this team. Such a great player doesn't deserve this from Houston fans, but still thou. He good guy, and great player. He just not the dude, and I doubt Amen is. We need to find this dude in the draft very soon, we area losing time. Its cool this team is still very young and they have time. I hope they stick with Core 4. Eason to me is tradeable.
A 2 way star requires somebody to be able to shoot from outside 10 feet, you realise that, right? Like I say, pipe dreams and hypotheticals, there's nothing he's actually doing in games. This "top 3 defender" can't defend a 41 year old man and bench players, it's nonsense.
Why do people keep going on about Mike Malone, HE'S BEEN HIRED. Like seriously, do y'all not pay attention at all?
To be clear, I don’t hate the guy at all. Just like I don’t think any improvement he makes immediately makes him MVP. There’s a happy medium there.
I’ve always admired your intimate knowledge of the relation of geography and history around Texas towns named after Turkish athletes.
You can’t have a guy at that position miss that many shots in the paint. And to suggest asking more than that means he must be MVP is just wild to me lol. I’d prefer to avoid this game too honestly. I would LOVE him to be first or second team all NBA too. I don’t see him getting to that, but I’d love to be wrong.
Sengun is likely to remain like a third team all NBA type that will generally make the All-Star game but not every year. we are having to use him in so many awkward manners. It’s hard to quantify. a better offensive system built around him and his passing may be better than using him to penetrate. his decision-making is suspect, and there are times where he is way too intent to shoot. I think he is an OK defensive player, but at the end of the day, his physical limitations hold him back on both ends of the court. I’d try to trade him.
Can you relax? Unlike you, I don't spend the majority of my time reading NBA hiring updates. You could have simply said "he is no longer available" and move on. Being respectful nowadays is truly a rarity
He ended up getting the job at Univ of North Carolina….i understand he also coaches a 4th grade church league team in Senguin.
Yes I already said “he’s a midrange jump shot away from being an all world player”. Obviously no clue if it’s gonna happen or not, but you were simply asking for one reason why anyone would have Amens potential over Sengun. I gave you at least one, I’m not gonna go back and forth lol. Simply explaining why some people may think that Amen could eventually peak higher. But who knows what will happen. Go Rockets.
My bad, I just keep seeing it over and over and the dude's been hired for weeks already (he's the new UNC coach btw.)
