No, we’re pointing out that you guys have a hard on because of your bias.

we’re pointing out that you and your favorite coach are racist . And also acknowledging Sheppard had a bad game. It’s not mutually exclusive. Take your garbage to the D&D

It’s not Fred’s job to teach Reed anything. We have like 14 coaches, it’s their job to teach Reed. I think Fred has tried to help, and that’s good that he has. But, the coaches get paid to coach. They are responsible for anything he hasn’t learned.

I was a huge Reed Sheppard supporter the past two seasons. But, I’ve lost faith. Until he puts his big boy pants on and plays like he believes he belongs in the NBA I’m going to assume he won’t amount to much. Right now his weaknesses outweigh his strengths by a lot.

I’m in the same boat. It’s easier to tame a lion than motivate a p***y cat. Sheppard needs to grow a pair

I don’t have very high hopes but also have nuanced take that his development like every of the 10 first rounders was managed incompetently

i don’t think we should give up on him but was Brunson this bad and inconsistent? Brunson plays differently. Bigger and more physical. Sheppard has never been a physical guard.

So criticizing a 5'10 player that is relentlessly abused on defense, struggles to dribble and pass at a PG level, and is a wildly inconsistent shooter is somehow racism. Not to mention that I and many other Reed skeptics think the coach is garbage and several of our players (regardless of skin color) are massively overrated.

But you, the quintessential snowflake, is crying about race for whatever reason because that's all that it's about for you. That's why you give this guy excuse after excuse and act like he's in the same universe as Castle.

You need to take a deep breath , you can google his height too.

but I get it, you have to lie because of this weird race obsession that you have. You can see my true opinion on Sheppard above this post, but yes I get your remedial back alley education didn’t do you any favors.

im sorry some folks that look a certain way were mean to you, hurt your fee fees . It won’t get any better pouting and acting like this fyi

If they blow it up give Reed the start and a full season on a bad team where he gets a green light and finally consistent minutes. We already saw bari get that on a bad team. We saw alpy get that on a bad team and I think we’ve seen his limits and he’s maxed out his potential. We saw green who was a liability too. I’d like to see Reed, Tari and Amen remain and blow the rest up in a rebuild with a new coach and new GM. As much as people hate him here, maybe Steve Kerr is the kind of person to unlock Reed and mask his weaknesses? But as GM. He did get that experience in Phoenix with Nash as well. Although he just swung for the fences and traded for a declining Shaq which was a poor fit so maybe he just wants to come in and swing for Giannis. Maybe he’s learned a lot since then?

It usually takes PG's several years to become as good as Reed Sheppard is now after essentially one season worth of experience.

    How is this news?

Not saying Kerr can't help, but that team had issues with Wiggins, Kuminga, Moody, etc. Podz has done ok, but he's no world-beater. It could be they're just not good enough, but there's also no guarantee he's going to do anything for Reed - this just may be Reed.

Did you really spend all that time rewriting and fake editing my post?

you seem to have a lot of built up frustration and time on your hands. nba, espn and google have player heights btw. That’s my charity work for the day buddy. God bless.

You're still speaking in generalities without a specific example of a player like him that has panned out

Udoka has put in big white Steven Adams into the starting lineup for 1/3rd of his games this year. And would probably be doing that for these playoffs

Udoka is not playing Nigerian kinfolk Josh Okogie any kind of consistent minutes. He has put his own brethren out the rotation entirely. Then very obvious African-Swiss player Clint Capela only gets small playing time, even with the big white Kiwi out. On a team that needs rim protection. Where its also 100% set up to make an example of "white stiff traffic cone" with some "black twitch range" on D.

Udoka literally cheated on everyone's chocolate essence wifey personified, with a pale white woman

Udoka is not racist. Udoka shows enough crappy coaching qualities on its own, without a need for a particularly bad racism claim

We knew Reed was small when drafting, he will get stronger but Marcus Smart spanked his ass

He needs to learn to stop being greedy and stay in front of his man on defense.

If ime can't teach him that, which coach will?

While it took Brunson years to become the player he was now, he wasnt this bad defensively. From my Mavs friend: "Brunson was never great defensively, but seemed to hold his own and had strength and IQ to make up for lack of size and explosiveness. " Comparing Reed to Steph in year 2 in NBA (or even Reed year 2 NBA vs Steph year 3 in college) is laughable.

If Udoka, whose only strength as a coach seems to be defensive accountability, can't get through to Reed, what makes us think another coach will be able to?

How specific do you need? Aaron Gordon was taken 4th, pretty underwhelming career in Orlando (especially his first 3 years). Now a fairly important piece for Denver and was instrumental in their championship run.

Or do you literally want a 6'2" PG taken 3rd as an example? lol
