IIRC, George Jones got pulled over drunk as hell, and taken home, trying to cross the Nashville bridge. They took all his keys away. Didn't work. He got stopped crossing the bridge again, later that night, on his riding lawnmower, he was hellbent on going to town This is a true story and I do not know what happened to him after that.
