    I'm sure this is much bigger Minnesota scandal than we realize. The state doesn't care about road safety because they want the driver license fees truckers pay

    I respect Elon Musk. I think every state has some level of corruption but this isn't corruption. I'm sure plenty of drivers can't read. Obviously getting a CDL is more involved but passing driving tests for a lot of people is about memorization.

    Minnesota has no reason to license unqualified truckers.

    What would Minnesota gaining be gaining by licensing unqualified truckers was my point

    I worked for a month in Minnesota, some of those African (don't know if Somaalian) I talked to while they were working.in Walmart

    Small town Minnesota is awesome like small town everywhere in America. Texans talk shift like we put the oil here.

    • Texas Hotspot — identified 2021 Under PPEO since July 2023; high volume of fraudulent new operator enrollments confirmed

    • National (overall) Widespread 343 fraud referrals in 2025; $3.4 billion in fraudulent billing; 4,780 billing privileges revoked
