Revelations is very allegoric - but New Jerusalem and the pearly gates are always open. The first and original Church doesn’t say that Buddhists cannot go to heaven. Indeed, the final determination is made by God’s mercy and neither you nor I can speak on that. Wiser men than me - such as our late Pope Francis said heaven is a journey on which no one is left behind.
