Sleeping until the playoffs start to detox from the stress and negativity of being a Rockets fan.

Teams always claim to be hunting a certain matchup after they have no choice lol

We were supposed to be 2nd seed or better this season. Dropping to the 6th seed because we lost our starting PG who put up like 38/34/80 splits is a disappointment even if not an all out failure.

They won't get swept vs Lakers , but it go maybe 4-2. Another year, and theyll just run it back with old injured FVv and Adams saying they gonna beat okc next year healthy lol.

No when they trade most of our draft assets for Giannis it will be. Or, maybe before that, when they extended Ime.

It would be if we owned our draft pick. Since we don’t have one it really doesn’t matter.

That being said every time I think about that fact I get pissed off that Morey made that unbelievably stupid Westbrook trade.

I bet that’s why this team has such terrible voodoo this year. It’s the curse of Russell Westbrick reminding us one more time what a disaster it was to trade for him.

Agree, I’ve been pretty pessimistic about their chances but underdog vs Lakers isn’t the worst spot.

If Sengun and Tari start having good games down the stretch and look more in the zone , I might pick us to win.

Seeding doesn't matter when there's no team out there you can beat.

I don't care about the matchup. I just don't want to watch the Lakers.

Right, but we’re hoping it’s lesser embarrassment at this point. Denver will eat us alive and Minny is better team then us.

Don’t even care how we finish. Far more concerned about our prospects not being very good, our coach not knowing how to coach offense, and our lawyer GM blaming his failures on Fred’s injury.

The problem isn't the matchup so much as the fact that Houston has struggled to beat teams trying to tank.

When I wanted the team to double down and continue to make moves near the end of 2025 to become a real contender, 80-90% of the forum was confidently exclaiming we were the 2nd best team in the West.

For better or for worse, I guess the goal posts have moved a bit since then.
