Bregman stated he hopes we can play a lot more games at MMP. I'm sure he meant post season but one has to wonder if he's trying to say he wants to stay an Astro as well.

2016 only had a few moments but it has been an amazing decade of baseball.

 

For real, man hasn't won a real World Series title and he's dominated the NL West for the past 9 years.

 

I was at that game with my older son. That play was absolutely amazing.

I look it as 2016 had to happen… for Luhnow/Nerd Cave to pivot from “HR or bust” approaches at the plate and invest in contact (leading to McCann and hoped to get with Beltran).

And now we have 8+ years since then for good times.
